This bill are depend on N.G.Os and N.G.Os are directly responsible and they spent money on the walfare of people.this bill indicates to pakistan to be a terrorist state. and also mention that prevaling of atomic weapons should be stopped and also should strengthern anti terrorist laws and money laundering. also mention that the transfers and promotions in pak Army should be under notice of America . and AMERICAN check the useage of aid year to year and also mention that if any terrorist activity held in your neighbour country you should also answerable for that.and you should operation against banned organizations in pakistan . According to the bill the money will spent in operative areas like waziristan and swat and the purpose of money is health, education , useage of natural resourses and many otheres. although there bill are some positive points and some nagtive points .
